The Early Bird registration deadline for the Teratology Society’s 58th Annual Meeting is fast approaching. Remember to register for the meeting by February 22nd in order to receive our lowest rates. If you are still unsure if you will be able to attend, please note that cancellations can be processed minus a $25 cancellation fee before May 15, 2018.
If you have colleagues who are not yet members of the Teratology Society but would like to attend the Annual Meeting, please let them know that we will honor the Early Bird Member Registration Rate for them as long as they submit a Membership Application by February 22. Once approved for membership, they would need to contact Teratology Society Headquarters to process their Annual Meeting registration at the Early Bird rate.
The meeting will be held June 23-27, 2018 in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The theme for this year’s meeting is “Mechanisms, Models, Mothers and Babies, Bringing Birth Defects Research into Practice.” The program offers an exciting variety of scientific and professional development sessions as well as ample opportunities for networking among the Teratology Society membership and with members of the Developmental Neurotoxicology Society. We understand that travel budgets are tight. If you need documentation to submit with your request to attend the meeting, please contact headquarters at firstname.lastname@example.org. Travel awards are available for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows whose abstracts are accepted (abstract deadline February 15).
We hope to see you in Clearwater this June. Take advantage of the reduced registration rates by registering today.
