The Advance registration deadline for the Teratology Society’s 55th Annual Meeting is fast approaching. If you have not yet done so, remember to register for the meeting by Friday, May 15 in order to receive discounted rates.
Registering by the Advance deadline will also help to ensure that you have the opportunity to order a printed copy of the Annual Meeting program. The printed version of the Annual Meeting program and abstracts is available in limited supply. This can be added to your online registration order or noted on the registration form. Members who have subscribed to the print version of BDR Part A will receive their copy as scheduled by mail. The electronic program and abstracts along with other registration materials will be available online to all registrants prior to the meeting.
The meeting will be held June 27-July 1, 2015 in Montréal, Québec. The theme for this year’s meeting is “Understanding Birth Defects and Reproductive Health: From Basic to Translational Research.” The program offers an exciting variety of scientific sessions on topics related to birth defects including cerebral palsy, assisted reproductive technology, microbiomes, epigenetics, contraception in clinical trials, regulatory neurodevelopmental testing, gene-environment interactions, skeletal malformations, oxidative stress mechanisms of teratogenicity, pubertal development, and FDA pregnancy labeling, as well as original platform and poster presentations, and a student and postdoctoral career workshop. The details of the program are available via the Annual Meeting website.
We understand that travel budgets are tight. If you need documentation to submit with your request to attend the meeting, please contact headquarters at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Remember to submit your late-breaking abstract for the meeting by Thursday, June 4. Whether you have new data to present or were unable to submit your abstract in February, you have the opportunity to submit an abstract for poster presentation consideration for the 2015 meeting.
We look forward to seeing you in Montréal!
