Dear Registrants for the Teratology Society 55tth Annual Meeting,
We look forward to seeing you in Montréal very soon! As you make your final plans, we want to provide you with travel information, packing reminders, and meeting facts.
The Hôtel Bonaventure is located in the heart of downtown Montréal at 900 de La Gauchetiere W., Montréal, Québec, H5A 1E4, Canada. The phone number for the hotel is 1.800.267.2575. Information about transportation and hotel parking can found via the website.
Online Access to the Registration Materials
In response to our member and registrant requests to reduce paper usage, the Society has posted the registration materials to the web. These materials include program changes, attendee list, late-breaking abstracts, evaluation forms, exhibitor list, award information, and more. The materials are restricted to registrants and require a login and a password. This will be the same as your member login information. Please note that hard copies of this material will not be available on-site. Feel free to download and/or print any of the information you would like to have with you at the meeting.
Teratology Society Registration Desk
You may pick up your badge at the Teratology Society registration desk. Registration is open Friday, June 26 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm and during the primary hours of the meeting. The complete schedule is posted on the meeting website. Plan to pick up your badge when you arrive to avoid the morning lines at the registration desk.
Items to Bring to Montréal
As you are packing for Montréal, don’t forget to pack a sweater or jacket for the air-conditioned session rooms. It is also recommended that you bring a notepad and pens/pencils for taking notes.
The Abstracts and Annual Meeting Program are in Vol. 103 No. 5 of Birth Defects Research Part A (BDRA). If you are a member who subscribes to the print version of BDRA, your copy was mailed in May, and you are encouraged to bring your copy with you. If you purchased a copy of the Annual Meeting Program during registration, this copy will be available when you pick up your badge. All of the information contained in the Abstracts and Annual Meeting Program is available online through the online registration kit.
The agenda for the meeting is available via the meeting website. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Teratology Society business office by email this week at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit at us the registration desk once the Teratology Society 55th Annual Meeting is underway.
