Call for Exhibitors - Teratology Society 59th Annual Meeting

Do you work for a company or organization that may be interested in exhibiting at the Teratology Society's 59th Annual Meeting in San Diego, California this June 22–26, 2019?

Our annual meeting brings together more than 400 scientists, administrators and managers from industry, academia, government and regulatory agencies to share the latest developments in congenital (birth) defects including their nature, cause, mechanism and prevention. Attendees range from graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to early and mid career scientists to world-renowned experts. Exhibitors also gain exposure to attendees of concurrent meetings of our sister societies, the Organization of Teratology Information Specialists (OTIS) and the Developmental Neurotoxicology Society (DNTS).

Attendees specialize in developmental biology and toxicology, reproduction and endocrinology, epidemiology, cell and molecular biology, nutritional biochemistry, pathology, and genetics as well as the clinical disciplines of prenatal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, neonatology, medical genetics, and teratogen risk counseling.

The Exhibit Hall will feature Table Top Exhibits. The cost for a Table Top Exhibit is $850.00. Each booth fee includes a 6-foot table, two chairs and one complimentary full conference registration! Please remember that booths are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Submit your application today!

For further information, please contact Amy Willis, awillis@teratology.org, or visit our the Annual Meeting Website.

Please note sponsorship opportunities also exist. Sponsorship provides valuable assistance to the Terataology Society by offsetting the cost of the meeting thereby helping to keep registration rates reasonable, while providing visibility to supportive companies and organizations. Opportunities exist for general sponsorship at a variety of levels, special event sponsorship, and marketing sponsorships (e.g., lanyards). Interested parties are encouraged to contact Becca Isakower at bisakower@teratology.org or 703-438-3104 as soon as possible.
