Online Access to the Registration Materials
The materials are restricted to registrants and require a login and a password (your member login and/or login you established when registering if you are not a member). Please note that hard copies of this material will not be available on-site. Please download and/or print any of the information you would like to have with you at the meeting.
If you purchased a print copy of the program when you registered for the meeting, it will be given to you when you pick up your badge at the registration desk. If you are a print subscriber to the journal Birth Defects Research, you should have received the issue containing the annual meeting program in the mail earlier this month. A limited supply of the print programs will be available for purchase at the Teratology Society registration desk.
Registrants of the Saturday courses and Tuesday mini course will receive printed course books at the start of each course.
The Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina is located at 1380 Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, CA 92101. The phone number for the hotel is 619.291.2900. The hotel provides complimentary San Diego airport shuttle service to/from the San Diego International Airport. Alternatively, the approximate cost of a taxi from the airport to the hotel is $10 one way. All ground transportation services are located outside baggage claim. Further information about arrival at the hotel may be found on the hotel website.
Teratology Society Registration Desk
You may pick up your badge at the Teratology Society registration desk. Registration is open Friday, June 21 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm and during the primary hours of the meeting. If you are attending the Saturday morning course, you are encouraged to pick up your badge on Friday afternoon. Similarly, meeting attendees arriving on Saturday are encouraged to pick up their badges on Saturday before 6:00 pm to avoid lines Sunday morning. New This Year
To expedite to registration and badge pick-up process, badges will be preassembled in badge holders. Education Course, printed journal, and event tickets will be located behind your badge. Please take a moment to ensure that you have the tickets for the things you registered for before leaving the registration area. If you ordered a printed copy of the journal, please provide staff your ticket to receive your copy. Please note that we will not be handing out any materials when you pick up your badge. If there is something you need a printed copy of, please print it before you travel to the meeting.
Items to Bring to San Diego
As you are packing, don’t forget to pack a sweater or jacket for the air-conditioned session rooms. We also suggest you bring a notepad and pens/pencils for taking notes. Bring your business cards so you don’t miss out on making that new connection a lasting one!
