At 9:30 am in Texas Ballroom D, there will be a special report, Exploring the Link Between Zika Virus and Microcephaly. Researchers will share the latest information surrounding Zika virus and birth defects.
35th Annual Volleyball Game
The Teratology Society 35th Annual Volleyball Game will be held this year at the Factory of Champions. Those who would like to participate should meet in the hotel lobby at 6:00 am, to get a cab to the court. Players and spectators are welcome.
The Narsingh Agnish Fellow Lecture, Educational Convergence of Sciences: Basic-Clinical-Discovery-Regulatorywill be given by Richard Miller in Texas Ballroom D at 8:00 am.
At 8:30 am in Texas Ballroom D, the Teratology Society and European Toxicology Society Exchange Lecture will begin. The topic of the lecture is GMOs and Glyphosphate.
Platform Session 4 will be held in Texas Ballroom E at 9:30 am.
The Strategies for Postapproval Workshop will begin at 11:00 am in Texas Ballroom D.
The Science and Public Policy Workshop: How It Affects You and How You Can Shape It will start at 12:30 pm in Texas Ballroom D. Feel free to pick up lunch at Perks in the lobby and bring it into the session.
At 1:30 pm in Texas Ballroom D, there will be a symposium on Assessing the Developmental Toxicity of Nanomaterials. The ILSI HESI Symposium will begin at 1:30 pm in Texas Ballroom E.
The Teratology Society Business Meeting will be held at 4:45 pm in Texas Ballroom D.
The Annual Meeting Banquet will begin at 7:30 pm in Texas Ballroom B. The Banquet is preceded by a reception that begins at 6:30 pm in Texas Ballroom A. Celebrate with your colleagues as Teratology Society Awards are presented and enjoy dinner and dancing as the meeting ends.
